ProAction Products is an ISO 9001:2015 certified custom injection molding firm whose trained quality assurance technicians utilize sophisticated state-of-the-art equipment to insure customer product requirements are met. We utilize / support statistical quality controlled manufacturing programs (SPC / SQA and traditional MIL-SPEC-AQL).

Quality measures and documentation such as lot traceability, material inspection, drawing and change control are present throughout our manufacturing process to continually audit and improve the quality of the components and products we manufacture. We also document process deviations or substitutions; calibrate and document gauges and test equipment; as well as inspect, document, and maintain all molds on a continual basis.

Ongoing training in Customer Service, Defect Prevention, SPC and TQM keeps customer satisfaction at the highest level.
